These elongated peanuts, with a reddish skin, are obtained by removing the shell or pods, as they are housed inside them.

At Frutos Secos Auro, we process thousands of kilos annually in different preparations, as they are an excellent snack in terms of value for money. We also offer them without the skin, known as peeled peanuts, or as our customers refer to them, “pancho repelado.”

These legumes (as they are not nuts) have a high content of proteins, essential unsaturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber.
