Easy-open shell almond
Also known as Nonpareil carmel or mollar.
This variety of almond has a shell that can be opened by hand with pressure to obtain the fruit inside. Mechanical means are not necessary for this process.
Its consumption is very healthy, as with our recipe, this almond is simply baked, giving it a light roasting that enhances its flavor.
